Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase. Please email to shop@mymazn.net and we'll provide you with further information on the return address and your total refund amount. Please note that the returned items must be in original condition, unused, no damage, with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. If the returned item is missing parts or damaged by your misuse, you may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Cancel Policy
Please email to shop@mymazn.net if you wish to cancel your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. You will get full refund if the order is successfully cancelled. If the product is already shipped due to the late notice of cancellation, the cancellation request may be rejected.Â
Refund Policy

Sale items are not applicable for the refund policy.
Exchange Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please email us at shop@mymazn.net. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The delivery time may vary based on your shipping address. If Items valued over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee if we will receive the returned item safely.
